RT9183

1.5A 超低压差线性稳压器

RT9183 系列高性能线性电压调节器具有超低压差、高输出电流和低静态电流等特性，可在 2.3V~5.5V 的输入电压范围内使用，具备高达 1.5A 的电流输出能力，适用于低压大电流的数字电路使用。RT9183 可在变化的输入、输出条件下提供很好的稳压输出，对负载的快速变化具有快速的响应能力，具有过流和过热保护功能，其可调电压版本具有使能端，可在需要时进入关机状态以节省电源消耗。RT9183 的恒定输出电压版本可在 1.2V~3.3V 范围内以 0.1V 为间距供货，其可调电压版本的参考电压为 0.8V 。RT9183 可以3引脚 SOT-223 和 TO-263 封装供货（恒定电压版本仅使用3引脚封装），也可以5引脚的 TO-263 、 TO-252 封装和热强化的 SOP-8 封装提供可用外部电阻在 0.8V~4.5V 范围内设定输出电压的版本。
